Private lessons are a form of personal, goal-oriented training with undivided attention on you and your needs. We devise a customized program that evolves as you progress, so that as you reach your goals the exercises become more advanced.
Private lessons are for those who want to give themselves the best, to be challenged, to advance at all levels and to achieve your aims more quickly. We recommend that all clients who begin training at our studio start with a private lesson, whether you have special needs, specific or vague injuries or pain, and whether or not you have specific goals for training.
