Is\u00e6r n\u00e5r jeg har haft lidt for travlt eller p\u00e5 andre m\u00e5de har negligeret min krop, s\u00e5 hj\u00e6lper pilates vejrtr\u00e6kningen og de rolige gentagne bev\u00e6gelser. Ligeledes hvis jeg har en fysisk ubalance, sp\u00e6ndinger i nakke eller l\u00e6nd er der altid nogle enkle og simple pilates\u00f8velser, der kan lindre\/afhj\u00e6lpe symptomerne.<\/p>\n<p>Professionelt betyder pilates ogs\u00e5 meget for mig, da det er et redskab til aktivt at \u00f8ge bev\u00e6gelighed, lindre smerte og give stabilet og styrke.
