MATWORK TEACHERS TRAINING COURSE (MTTC)
Pilates Matwork is the heart of the BASI® system—the very foundation of Pilates. With its versatility and minimal equipment requirements, Matwork is an ideal form of training to offer in fitness centers, sports clubs, and team settings.
The Matwork Teacher Training Course (MTTC) provides in-depth education in the Matwork exercises and their variations, along with insight into how to teach them effectively. As the basis of all Pilates training, Matwork also serves as the perfect starting point for continuing on to the Comprehensive Teacher Training Course (CTTC).
The course is held at Copenhagen Pilates Studio, where both our instructors and BASI faculty teach in both Danish and English. This means you can fully participate, even if you only speak English.
The Course Includes:
-
In-depth knowledge of the Pilates Matwork repertoire and the use of props
-
Teaching methodology based on the BASI® Block System
-
Scientific insight into anatomy, physiology, and the human musculoskeletal system
