The first lesson in our studio is a Private Intro lesson, even if you have already tried Pilates or GYROTONIC®. We prepare a completely individual program for you, so you get the most out of your training from the first day.

Please arrive fifteen minutes before the start of the lesson, so that you have time to change clothes and fill out a questionnaire. We would like to know about any current or past injuries and whether there is anything that we should take into consideration during your training sessions. We discuss the questionnaire and your training goals. Next, we carry out an analysis of your body posture, including how you stand and walk. You wear your workout clothes during the analysis.

After this, we put together an individualized training program for you. We start with a thorough introduction of the basic principles. Although you may have trained elsewhere, it is always a good idea to review the principles, refresh your knowledge and gain a deeper understanding of the methods.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, breathable training clothes, such as a T-shirt with leggings, tights or running pants. Avoid clothes with buttons and belts. Gym shoes are not necessary. We ask that you wear non-slip socks.

How do I book my first lesson?

  • Payment takes place the first time you come to the studio and you can pay with Dankort or cash. If you pay with cash, you must have the exact amount, as we cannot make change.
  • Cancellation of your booking must take place 24 hours before the lesson starts, either online or by phoning 33110088; otherwise, the full price of the lesson will be charged.
